Graydon Oldfield has worked in finance since 1999, when he first joined ScotiaMcLeod.
A dedicated wealth advisor with a genuine commitment to his clients and his team, Graydon is passionate about investing, income generation, and client care. Prior to starting his career in finance, Graydon had a successful career in the business world. This valuable experience allows Graydon to truly understand his client’s needs and goals, particularly those in professional or business ownership roles. Along with his colleagues at Monteith Oldfield and Scotia Wealth Management, Graydon provides thorough, comprehensive financial services that are uniquely tailored to each client. He is passionate about investing, and is currently working toward his CIM designation.
Graydon has a young family that includes his wife, Angie, and their two children, Reece and Will. Together, they enjoy an active lifestyle that reflects their love of cycling, skiing, and the outdoors. A former competitive athlete, Graydon competed on the Alpine World Cup Ski Tour and was crowned Canadian Champion in 1997. He is an enthusiastic member of the Barrie community who loves his city and is always happy to donate his time and efforts for a good cause. Graydon is the current President of the Barrie Cycling Club, as well as a former Chair of Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka. In recent years, Graydon has dedicated much of his time to mentoring business students at Georgian College, hoping to support and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
